Summer Camp for Youngsters (10-18 years)

Batch Size: 20 participants
Number of days: 6 (Monday to Saturday)

Camp Structure

Drop off time: 8:30 AM to 9 AM
Yog: A. Suksham Vyayam (Light yogic exercise)
B. Asanas
C: Pranamyam
D: Yog Nidra
E: Meditation
(The above sequence will be according to the Yog instructor)
** Participants can have light vegetarian breakfast by 7 AM – 2 hours before the yog class.
- Participants bring their own yoga mat, can keep at the center till end of the program.
- Dress - Comfortable and loose
Time: 9 AM to 10:15 AM (1 Hour 15 Minutes)
1st Break: 10 Minutes + 5 minutes for assembling again
Lecture: ½ hour lecture by eminent personality – how they have made progress in their lives- for motivation 10:30 AM to 11 AM
2nd Break: 5 minutes
How to make life meaningful : 45 minutes all six days 11:05 AM to 11:50 AM including question and answers.
3nd Break: 10 Minutes 11:50 AM to 12: 00 noon
Lecture by the organization preparing sattvic food : 12:00 noon to 12:15 PM
Lunch: 12:15 PM to 1 PM (45 minutes) ( Participants + Person accompanying the participant, all other people who are providing their services – Total 50 people)
Center closes By 1:30 PM

(Feedback will be collected on last day –Saturday from the participants to improve the camp structure and meeting the expectations of participants)
